finding something to do

i dont have a lot going on. my time is mostly spent finding something to do...

february 20th 2014: slow and steady won the race

my day started with an interesting dream. a combination of so many things. there was an odd sexual encounter with shaundra. i bought shoes from a vending machine because i knew they were air maxs. they ended up being a variation that i had forgot existed (even in my dreams its funny the things i say to myself). there was a fight between grier and someone. at some point i'd met a girl who seemed into me. i later found out she was a lesbian and her partner and her dressed in matching clothes. and then there was some weird method of putting together machines from odd parts. and somehow this was related to eating what seemed to be a mayonaise sandwich.

moving on..

talking with brandon about music stuff. dropping the knowledge on chiodos and various things. soaking up a little myself. i dropped a little fun fact that escapes me now.

in class we went from first to last. (*light bulb* that's it. thats what my fun fact was. it was about skrillex's move from fftl to "that.") wait, no...from first to last is totally wrong. we started off way behind and ended up finishing first. it means nothing though.

off to the gym. my off-day is generally short, but how short? i put on the gold motel summer house album to see which would finish first. the workout or the album? a race to the death. in a sense. i won with 3 songs to spare. i spent that time cooling down on the treadmill and discovered other views. looking at a mountain...

my car is just awful. so full of problems. so i make mental plans to deal with that friday morning.

pasta with austin. forgetting id made a pizza last night and ate pretty much none of it.

getting home and looking up the repair place. interrupted by a call from mom. talking about child spacing, decks over water, and open office.

i finally got an email reply from paper and plastick with a download link for a farewell continental ep. still with the 160 bit rate. garbage.

revisiting music while doing mostly nothing. illuminaudio by chiodos. dock of the bay by otis redding. hard band for dead by the toasters. vows by kimbra.

buying the new(est) scribblenauts for wii u so i can get donkey kong sooner. i gotta stop doing that. but i will say that things seem to take forever to get to them

uploading music to amazon. exchanging emails with joana. funny that i had just been thinking about her. part of me wishes i could forget about her, but its kind of for the best that i dont.

watching the daily tech news show. going to bed.
