january 31st, 2018: the signal center

its going to be a busy day. and a long day for sure.

oil change. in and out with no problem.

from there it was supposed to be off to el paso, but then i saw the kevin hart tickets. its always something. waiting that out to secure a gift for the parents. and now im off.

tracking down the signal center. its nice. and the people seem cool too. headstand. theyre sold out of tickets. all that music. theyre not the place i meant to go. happy house. victory. third times the charm. conversating with foot locker folk. on my way into the store some dude followed me in trying to get me to work for his php agency. the site, phpagency.com, looks like the kind of thing that inspires the opposite of confidence in someone.

barber. that almost didnt happen thanks to some planning issues but whatever. lunch at pf changs. they have new technology. mindblowing. sams for gas and soap. the commuter. by myself. pizza. and now the coup de gras. strfkr...

wow. theyre good. cant believe i skipped over them for so long. maybe the sound on the album was different?

finally home around 12:30. its going to be an even longer day tomorow. 

while i was out running around i went with 'new again' as the playlist for the day. it played a lot of songs i should hear more of. one specifically that stood out was 'take it away' which hadnt been played september 2014 when i got the ipod setup. somehow its gone under the radar for over 3 years.
