i tried to finish up my safari presto collection this morning. it just wasnt in the cards i guess...gay. 

the day was pretty busy for some reason. dealing with the emails of yesterday. a last minute meeting change. a trip to the neu building to kill a bunch of time. checking email and then off to talk to payne about stuff. that spiraled into a few side conversations. i wasnt able to get out of the building in time for lunch so that wasnt great.

a slight break from work in the form of sabc stuff. 

and then right back to doing things. talking to people. lots of talking today.

finally its time to go home. sit back and do nothing. or not...i had a reminder to see 'going in style' today so there was that to deal with. it ended up being entertaining but not amazing.

one thing that kinda bothers me about my work life is that it means getting involved more in other peoples business. never cared for that. watching peoples lives get screwed around and whatnot just isnt for me. and there were three instances of that today. but thats how the world works for now i guess...
