i woke up really early today to get ready for work. it didnt happen though and i was still somewhat later than i wanted to be. ashley was there for some reason. supposedly to use the shredder and leave a mess on the floor.
for some reason they decided to do a bowling lunch thing today so thats cool. i didnt really partake in any capacity, but i did show up. and then ended up talking the shelton for the bulk of the time.
the day was drug out a bit longer than i cared for it to be considering it is about to be a 4-day weekend. but nothing to do about that really.
arts and crafts. gym. dinner at that thai place with kai and darell. shopping for the weekend.
and now its back to team us hq west and figure out life for the next few days.
so im not really a big fan of pictures and i found myself in 3 of them today. one was fine. the second was unwanted. the third was just a bother and for a stupid reason...probably. and a picture or two of me got some attention on facebook today so thats something.
gym time. its going to be chest day. and im doing all the things. thats the plan. and it happened. it wasnt great, but i guess its good to start the day with a win.
one of my things to do was a trip out to the far side. apparently things might get a little crazy and the solution is impractical. and sadly impossible. so im curious to see how that all plays out.
the rest of the day was mostly mundane. be in the office. do the meeting thing. be in the office. go home.
i finally got some pictures printed out for the office. thats kinda nice i guess. or at least it will be. i spent a lot of time looking for an al snow picture. for some reason it just wouldnt come up on google photos. but in the end i did find it...on google photos.
finishing off bojack horseman. i dont like that show. maybe itll get cancelled...
todays the big day. test #1. when i pulled up to work ashley was there. not sure why and i didnt really want that in my life at the time. luckily, the timing was good enough that i was able to just park and walk away.
the test went well enough to not have to do it over. so thats nice. it seems i missed every question that i wasnt sure about so thats something to learn from...
and then it was off to what would turn into a whole day of running around. i dealt with someone from every office today which is kinda crazy. and i was physically in all but one.
the last one for the day is one that i probably should be in more often. thomas is going on about being on the setup and tear down committee. i am not impressed.
my gym time today started significantly later than i like. usually around 4:30 im done. and have been for some time, but not today. i was just getting there at that time and it wasnt great. luckily it was a short day.
smackdown.
gym time is going to be spent on dodgeball today. but not for me, i have stuff to do. thankful for that. i got through a bunch of work stuff and then it was off to home to study and wait on a package.
it didnt happen and then work stuff came up so it was back to that. with an apple to curb the appetite. doing stuff. sending emails and whatnot. then off again to get ready for tonight.
mooyah burger because its what makes sense. a mall walk because its what makes sense. no metallic reds to be seen so thats unfortunate.
band of horses with the artisenals. a solid lineup peformance all around so yay for that.
home a little earlier than expected.
its sunday so the usual string of events. early wake up followed by laundry and a trip to the gym. that wrapped up around 10:45ish. and now what?
some cleaning. finished off last man on earth. random indoor living.
today was a ppv day so thats something to do. it wasnt anything great, but it was kinda nice to the see the maharaja win. mostly because i like saying that.
while that was going on i went back into stockx to add more stuff. it seems i have a fairly decent collection of things. so thats cool i guess.
unfortunately that got in the way of seeing the cavs celtics game. like everybody else i expected a certain outcome, but somehow it didnt happen. the celtics pulled it off somehow. just barely. but a win is a win. inch or a mile.
all in all, a very uneventful day. but thats how sunday works.
